Clean and fully dry the healed skin before application.
Trim the tape to match the size and shape of the target area.
Place the tape directly over the desired area and press it into position.
Replace with a fresh piece when the tape no longer adheres as intended.
I like that I can cut off exactly the amount I need and place it right over the area I'm focusing on. It feels much cleaner than constantly applying cream, especially when I'm getting dressed in the morning.
